Reactive maintenance
We have a nationwide coverage for reactive maintenance and call outs, ensuring you’re always open for business.
On a non-maintenance basis: If you have not taken out a planned service contract and have breakdown or malfunction you can call us in to repair or replace the faulty doors.
We aim to respond to all breakdowns calls within a reasonable time; visits will be arranged for either the same or the following day with security issues given priority.

Preventative servicing

All contracted clients receive a discount on materials and call out charges.
All packages can cover aluminium doors, automatic doors and shutter.
Package 1
Consists of a one of visit to complete a risk assessment and a number of checks to make sure your doors comply with BS7036
Package 2
Consisting of two visits per year (on 6 month intervals)this package provides basic adjustments of the doors speeds and sensors (including safety sensors)ensuring doors are working correctly and completing a risk assessment and a number of checks to make sure your doors comply with BS7036.
Package 3
This package consist of degreasing of the track, cleaning and freeing off all load wheel so there is less wear and tear and prolonging the life of your motor/gearbox and control panel and all items in previous Package 2
